Michelle was very pleasant and resolved the issue. Removed automatic renewal which I never had and they used.
I never signed up for automatic renewal. Charged for 2 year remewal.I called for refund and was denied refund. I wanted to cancel membership and would not get refund.
At this point, I want to maintain membership and have automatic renewal removed.
I always paid when dues were due.Please remove automatic renewal from my acct.

It's the lack of communication with them and they took money out my bank account when I didn't want them to and they won't refund it I'm going to take legal action

I do not appreciate this one bit. I do not have a subscription and do not want one.
You put people on there that I do not know and others are people I do not care anything about.

I only used it for a month or two around the time of my 62nd Class Reunion. I never opened anything from them after that.
The renewal without notice is the biggest complaint against them on the BBB site. They refused to credit money back
They should provide required notice of renewal so you have the option to cancel. Apparently they fail to do this and refuse to provide credit

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I didn’t know how to reach out for changes. I never should have used is platform.
I tried to reserve a picnic for the 50 Class Reunion. I got sick about 2 months ago, and the reservation was cancelled because I did not have the fee to pay.
So, I asked @ to see where our class reunion would take place and expressed interest. I reserved it with no fee for July 20, 2025, from 5 PM until you want to leave Kelsey’s Steak House, 2300 Morthland Dr., Valparaiso, IN 46383, phone number 219-465-****.

My photo was not even in the book. The photos were so small and that you could not even get a good look at others. I tried to cancel and was told nonrefundable. I was also told it would auto renew.
I signed up for the 1955 classmate year book. My photo was not even in the book. I attended the school that year and bought a yearbook, which I no longer have.

I ordered a yearbook for my mother because she had lost all of her your books from back in the day so I was supposed to receive it never got it. I'm being charged twice so far they tried to a third time but there's nothing in my account and it put me in the negative. I'm having to pay charges that shouldn't happen because they scammed me completely screwed me over for a yearbook *** them.

Someone sent me a perverted video
I opened my phone after a great Mother’s Day with my sons. When I opened my phone after I got home someone was leaving a filthy video.
It was around 3:00 Mothers Day and a younger aged man? was getting info to show me his pitiful tiny and a middle aged woman
I assumed his mother was teaching !

I attended Piscataway HS as part of the class of '62, but moved away in 1959 and ultimately graduated from Mt. Lebanon HS in 1962.
I have noticed a large number of my family's pictures taken from my Facebook page on the classmates' website. I would like to have most of them taken down. How should I proceed?
