Cancelled but you keep charging me
I deleted my account, and you're still trying to charge me. There's no card even on file for you to charge my bank, but you keep trying to put it through.

Information held hostage
I have been trying to remove my profile from classmates for a month. Their is no way to remove it online and an email from the company was more concerned about the monthly fee then my online safety. To be honest nno one uses the site

FRAUD
Classmates.com fraudulently charged our paypal account $96. They did not have our permission whatsoever.
My husband bought an online yearbook from them 5 years ago and they apparently kept his payment details.
A fraud investigation was opened with our bank and paypal. We had to cancel my husbands debit card and change passwords.
What they did was outright theft!

SCAM RENEWAL
Cancelled the membership, and they charged me anyway. They refused to issue a refund even though I contacted them within a few hours of the charge.
The automatic renewal was cancelled more than a week ago, and the app was deleted. The phone call to the company was a joke. 'Can't fix stupid' customer service!!! There's no card on file...
If there's no card on file, the membership should not have renewed.
This company is a fraud and a scam. Do not sign up.

Would not refund the an authorized amount of 60.00 to me!!!
I was charged a 60.00 membership fee, which I didn't authorize. I talked to customer service and they told me it was non-refundable! I am so mad!

I canceled my account and subscription they still took money out of my account. I only used classmates to see if they had my yearbook which they said that they did but they do not own any yearbooks from 2000 to now. I just want a refund.

For four months I have been trying to cancel, but they keep charging me. They just keep stealing my money. They have limited hours to contact them, over hour on hold, no record of past calls.
Nothing but pure thieves. They want nothing but money.
On my last call, I was on hold for an hour and twenty minutes. They had no record that I had ever called before (3 times). They apologized, said they would cancel, yet still charged me again. Does anyone out there know how to make them stop?
Is there a class action against them yet? How do they get away with this?

Refund of money
Absolutely nothing will come of the request for a refund. It is illegal in the state of IL to withdraw without 30 days warning for any subscription that the charge will go through.
This became law 2 years ago but they don't care. Nothing was sent to me, even email or an internal message.
This company lost a suit to the state of CA for the same thing, but it's all the more reason they will squeeze every penny from anyone they can. You can't sue for $60, but I can tell everyone about the lack of concern for customer satisfaction, and I am.

This customer service number SUCKS!! ON HOLD FOR OVER 40 MINUTED. Will definitely contact other members on such a *** service.
Don't do business with this absurd company. Answer you Frickin phone.

The customer service agent sent to my agent to where I had to wait for a return call. It was at least 5 or 6 hours before I received a return and I missed it.

When I tried to purchase the subscription, the website acted as if the purchase did not go through, I checked my account a few days later, to find out I was charged, even though the website did not let me know in any way that the purchase went through. Nothing was shown that anything had taken place, the web page didn't change, even the confirmation button didn't move, change color, there was no change whatsoever, nothing happened I assumed it did not go through.
I went on to use monies, I thought wad in my account. When I contacted the company, they said so sorry that happened, but no refunds.

Wish I read this before I emailed them. I haven't had access forever.
They claimed previously because I had duplicate accounts so they were supposed to remove one.
I just found out they've been charging me. I have no access to their site that you pay for.
